Welcome to Nostalgia Night!

This late afternoon, we invite you on a journey through both the past and present of Smålandsstenar. Together, we leave everyday life behind for a while and step straight into stories, memories and local treasures.

The evening is led by our own history book Sven Jarl, who with his unique storytelling ability takes us back in time and lets us experience Smålandsstenar through generations. At the piano we have Ulf Danielsson, who sets the mood with music that enhances both memories and laughter.

Camilla also shares the story of the hotel's journey over the past eight years - from its time as an asylum centre to the vibrant meeting place it is today.

You are part of the evening. We are doing this together!
In the room we set up tables labelled by decade: 1920s, 30s, 40s, etc. up to today.
Feel free to bring photos or small mementos and place them on the appropriate table. Share your own stories with others, young and old. Together, we will create a living timeline of our community.

(It is possible to stay and talk until 8pm if you wish).

Price: SEK 249 per person - payable on booking.
